Not medical advice

RanchStack is an educational inventory and record-keeping tool. Nothing in it — including reference ranges, knowledge-base entries, calculators, projections, or generated reports — is medical advice, and none of it substitutes for the judgment of a qualified professional. Decisions about any substance, dose, or protocol are yours and your clinician's alone.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your credentials and second factor secure, for maintaining your own exports as backups, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

No warranty

The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is maintained on a best-effort basis for its own users; availability, correctness, and continuity of service are not guaranteed, and 48U Ranch LLC d/b/a 48U Technology Development is not liable for losses arising from its use or unavailability. The export feature exists so that your data is always yours to keep.

Accounts

Accounts exist to keep each user's data private to them. Accounts used abusively — attempts to access other users' data, to probe or degrade the service, or to store unlawful content — may be removed without notice.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the application evolves; the date above reflects the current revision.
