RanchStack is a personal research-tracking application operated by 48U Ranch LLC d/b/a 48U Technology Development. It exists to serve its own users, not to monetize them. This page describes, plainly, what the application stores and where.

What is stored

The data you enter: research protocols, inventory and lot records, dose logs, lab results, health metrics, vendor orders, and your account email. Nothing is collected beyond what you type in or import yourself.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database over encrypted connections. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your account: one account cannot read another account's rows, and this is enforced by the database itself, not just the application. Accounts with multi-factor authentication enrolled are additionally required to complete it before the database will answer queries at all.

For offline use, the application also keeps a working copy of your data in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. That copy is stamped to your account and is cleared on sign-out or if a different account signs in on the same browser.

What is not here

No advertising. No analytics or tracking scripts. No third-party embeds. The page loads code only from this site, and connects only to its own database. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for anything other than showing it back to you.

Backups and deletion

You can export your complete data as a JSON file at any time from within the application, and delete your records from within the application as well. To have an account removed entirely, use the contact below.
